It might be a little more like day surgery and a colonic not Jocelyn Wildenstein we’re talking, but after six months on the three-dub it was time for a bit of a change. Our trim-and-tanned-spanking new site allows you to interact more and ensures you get to the content you need faster.
Posts are now arranged into easy-to-find drop-down menus, logging in is a cinch and there’s a tonne more images to keep Getty Images in business for the next year. Here’s a bit of an overview:
One-click login
The login box on the right-hand side of the screen allows you to log in using your nominated social networking account and participate in the conversation immediately. Facebook, Twitter, Google, MySpace, Yahoo!, AOL and WordPress are supported, so chances are you’ll be able to sign on in one way or another.
Once in, you have the option to comment on posts, update your profile, invite your friends and even update your status on Facebook, Twitter, MySpace or Yahoo!, without even leaving the site. It’s so high-tech!
Ongoing, there’ll be weekly polls, competitions and the usual rant from your Agony Uncle. Keep those questions coming by hitting that big banner on the home screen and we’ll endeavour to respond to them as time allows.
