If you’re like me, then one thing you perpetually neglect to do is your washing. Now that might come as a surprise to some of you, however, despite my fastidious nature, if something is out of sight, then it’s out of mind. Leading a hectic lifestyle can lead to a full clothes hamper and wearing swimwear until when one’s underwear is replenished, or worse—no undie Sund’y. Two companies have come to the rescue: Manpacks for men; and Panty by Post for women (and cross-dressing husbands).
Manpacks is a no-frills, Florida-based company who delivers one of four subscription packages every three months. Supplying Hanes underclothing, one can order a delivery of three pairs of socks for US$7 per quarter, up to a package that includes three shirts, three pairs of underwear and three pairs of socks for US$33 per shipment. Each subscriber can specify the colours and whether he is likes to prevent fatherhood—tighty-whiteys—or whether he is on a procreation mission—loose cotton boxers.
Don’t worry, ladies and trannies, no one’s forgotten about you. Rather than just the basic cottontail, Panty by Post has an exclusive arrangement with Canadia’s premium Blush Lingerie. Made from French lace and satin, underwear comes in varying styles, which can be ordered in two, three, six and twelve-month subscriptions. Single pairs start at around CDN 16 up to CDN 240 for premium packages that last all year.
So, if you’re really terrible with organising your personal hygiene, you could concurrently order weekly emergency deliveries, or better still, take your washing home to your mother!
