By now we’ve all had our fill of cupcakes and all derivatives thereof; I mean, surely all of those red velvet numbers have dyed our intestines a glorious crimson by now. The latest confectionary craze? The cookie.
Japan-based food artist, Cookieboy bakes cookies in a manner of shapes and sizes, making the impossible delectable. A textile design graduate of Kyoto, his modern takes on the gingerbread man-style biscuit is just the right amount of Home Ec. sans the hefty teacher telling you off for eating the raw cookie dough. Or was that just me?
