High-haired, stern-looking, cutthroat: she was a formidable parliamentary force; one that divided a nation and wielded her influence on a global scale. Discussing politics is ungentlemanly, however, this little gem struck our eye. Is Margaret Thatcher Dead Yet? is a doomsday-style website devoted to the ailing Baroness’ health after recently being admitted to hospital.

The owners of the site cite the former Primer Minister in their byline, stating, “Politics is a serious business, and one should not lower the tone unduly” then qualifying it with their own “Keeping track of when when, exactly, Margaret Hilda Thatcher will finally cop it”; their Twitter account a running commentary on her progress.
