Like a lot of single people out there, I tend to take the “Valentine’s Day was invented by Hallmark” stance when it comes to the fourteenth of February. Nothing to do with saints or actual love, we cynics believe it’s all ploy to sell more nauseating cards with tacky humanised dogs and gushy slogans to the feeble-minded. That is until I see something as beautiful as this.
Anna Bond of Rifle Paper Co. initially started illustrating portraits for wedding invitations, but has now expanded into her Valentine’s Day collection. There are six gorgeous designs to choose from, which can be purchased individually for US$4 or in boxes of eight for US$16—perfect for that secret admirer who wishes to attract multiple restraining orders this year.

For something extra special, Miss Bond takes custom orders to illustrate a one of two designs for your loved one, including an 8″x10″, a blank card and a framing option. This personalised service takes two to three weeks to receive and costs US$250. How can you not love to love?!
